Courtauld Commitment 2025 signatory support

Green Gain is one of only six technical advisors appointed to support WRAP on the food and drinks sector. This has led to a number of discreet pieces of work relating to: waste data measurement and performance monitoring for signatories that have signed up to the Courtauld Commitment 2025, ‘train the trainer’ support to Greene King (and its supply partner Kuehne Nagel) and Accor Hotels and the development of data reporting templates and guidelines for KFC and Pizza Hut. We have provided support to a number of large HaFSA signatories including Greggs, McDonald’s, Roadchef, KFC, Greene King, 3663, Pizza Hut and Young’s. Recommendations have centred on variations to existing contracts, assistance with waste contract procurement, operational changes and staff behaviour change.
