Amanda Wiseman

Amanda has over 10 years' experience working in sustainability in the food and drink, and hospitality sectors, 8 of which were spent working at WRAP on the Courtauld Commitment and the Plastics Pact. Her role involved supporting organisations to optimise their packaging and reduce their food waste and carbon emissions from farm to fork. She has worked with many organisations including M&S, Co-op Lidl, Britvic, Carlsberg, Cott Beverages, Greene King, Produce World, Tulip, OCS on projects ranging from sustainable design, resource efficiency along the supply chain and supporting consumers to reduce their impact in the home or on the go. Amanda's specialist skills can be applied to data monitoring and reporting, identifying hotspots and how to tackle them, developing CSR strategies and targets, managing collaborative projects, stakeholder engagement, sustainable packaging design incorporating material choice, design for recyclability, use of recycled content and on pack labelling, waste prevention along the supply chain and redistribution of surplus foods.
