Zero Waste Scotland - Options to increase closed loop recycling of glass in Scotland

We worked with the Scottish local authorities, and glass collection and re-processors focusing on colour-separated collections at the kerbside and bring site, in order to maintain the value and quality of the glass across the supply chain. Our team assessed the performance of these glass collections, provided a cost and yield model for different types of collection and also produced detailed and engaging case studies to encourage the dissemination of best practice.
